More Testing

Yesterday, after I came home from taking my GRE test, Anna and I went grocery shopping for six recipes we are testing for Robyn Webb. It was quite a to-do, but everything was done in less than an hour: twin power!

While Anna unloaded the groceries, I made two meals: Spaghetti with Roasted Asparagus, Walnuts, Goat cheese and Parmesan and Brown Rice Pilaf with Mushrooms. Both dishes turned out well; the added bonus: cooking always does a nice job of relaxing me after a stressful day.

The recipes will appear in the Diabetes Forecast Magazine.

Eeww, I hated the GRE! But congrats for getting through it. Cooking always makes me feel better, too, not to mention the eating that necessarily follows!

Nothing like cooking (and eating) two great dishes after GRE! Both look fabulous, love asparagus and brown rice!

Have to hand it to you guys. I think most people would just want a stiff drink after taking a test like that. But you guys cook up a storm instead. Kudos to you!
