Imagine my surprise when last week I received an email from POMBlogger of POM Wonderful asking if I used their product in my Pomegranate Cranberry Sauce recipe, and if not if I would like to receive a sample. Of course I said I would love a sample.
Fast forward a week...Last night I received a box of eight 8 ounce bottles of POM Wonderful juice: what a wonderful treat (I really was only hoping to receive one bottle)! So far I've just added the juice to flavor my water, but I will try to come up with something a bit more creative.
For New Year, Anna, Adrienne and I are going over to Jenn's...perhaps I could bring a bottle of champagne and add the pomegranate juice to it? There are so many ideas!!!

Lucky you! Our budget doesn't allow for POM indulgence, but I'm excited for you and I hope you find lots of yummy uses for it!
If I were you, here are three--well, technically four, recipes I'd be trying: Pork Medallions with Garlic-Ginger-Pomegranate Sauce & Persian Chicken with Pomegranate and Walnuts & Grilled Chicken with Walnut Pomegranate Sauce, which requires Pomegranate Molasses.
