Last week I was thinking about using my little cheapo mandoline to slice some potatoes, but never ended up doing it.
Then over the weekend, Cindy called and asked if I'd like her brand new OXO V-Slicer Mandoline. Of course I said yes! Compared to my mandoline, her's is like a Cadillac! I'm very excited to put it to use. Thanks!!!!

ReplyDeleteSeriously, this looks like one serious piece of equipment. When I used a mandoline in class and asked the chef for a guard, he said the guard was "common sense" - ha ha
