What's for lunch: Quick Soup

Ingredients:

2 cups chicken stock
1 small sweet potato, cubed
1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
salt & pepper to taste
minced parsley

Directions:

Bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add sweet potatoes and cook till almost tender. Add cabbage and carrots; cook for a few minutes. Add chicken balls, cook 2-3 more minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste, serve in a bowl garnished with parsley.

i like the pink background and the concept. i wonder if it wouldn't also maybe work as an egg drop soup concept? maybe with soy sauce and some ginger added?
