Welcome to Mango & Tomato!
I started this blog in June 2008 and chose the name Mango & Tomato because mango is my favorite fruit and tomato is my favorite "vegetable."
This is a place for me to share my kitchen creations (recipes), review restaurants, and write about anything and everything food related in my life.
Until January 2010 I used a simple point & shoot Canon PowerShot SD1000. Since then, I've upgraded to a digital SLR Canon Rebel and haven't looked back! Hopefully you can see improvement in the quality of my photographs.
